MOTT's(i) Clamato(i) Names Canada's Best Caesars
Patriotic Canadians from across the country submitted their favourite and most inventive concoctions, hoping to follow in the footsteps of a true Canadian hero, Caesar inventor and Calgary's own Walter Chell.
The results are in! From raw oysters to Merlot, Caesar enthusiasts got creative with ingredients as diverse and unusual as steak spice, chipotle sauce and even sweet curry powder. Three regional winners from the amateur and pro categories were chosen based on taste, originality and presentation.
